Company Policies and FAQ’s

Our season runs on an 8-month schedule and payments are due on the 1st of each month. Tuition is calculated as a single comprehensive fee for the entire season and is divided into 8 equal monthly installments for your convenience. Please note that these installments do not reflect the number of classes held in any individual month. Tuition is calculated with holidays and breaks in mind!
-
We offer a 10% discount for each additional sibling enrolled. The student in the highest-level class is designated as the primary student, with the discount applied to all subsequent siblings.
-
To help you manage your payments, we offer two payment methods:
ACH (Direct Bank Transfer): No service charges apply. We highly recommend this option to save on processing fees.
Credit Card Payments: Transactions made via credit card will incur a processing service charge at the time of payment.
-
Monthly Withdrawal & Notice Deadline
Monthly Notice: To withdraw from any standard class, written notice must be submitted to our office by the 20th of the preceding month (e.g., to withdraw for November, written notice must be received by October 20th).
Late Notice: If notice is received after the 20th, your account will automatically be billed and responsible for the following month's tuition installment.
Initial tuition payments are non-refundable one the term begins, as those funds reserve the spot and cover administrative and class setup costs.
Final Season Cut-off Dates
To ensure our instructors, casts, and productions are fully prepared for final performances, we enforce strict final cut-off dates for all roster changes:
Regular Classes (Final Cut-off: February 15th)
Students may add/drop from regular classes up until February 15th.
After February 15th, all rosters are locked so classes can prepare for their show. No drops or adds will be accepted after this date.
Glo Mainstage Productions (Final Cut-off: January 1st)
Due to casting commitments, show licensing, and intense rehearsal schedules, January 1st is the final date to add or withdraw from Mainstage.
After January 1st:
No new enrollments are accepted.
No withdrawals are permitted, and families remain responsible for all remaining tuition installments through the end of the production cycle.

We understand that schedule conflicts and illnesses happen! If a student misses a scheduled class, they are eligible for a make-up option:
Students may attend an alternative, age-appropriate class or camp either free of charge or at a designated discount, subject to availability.
Please contact the front desk to arrange and schedule all make-up sessions in advance.
