Company Policies and FAQ’s

Our season runs on an 8-month schedule and payments are due on the 1st of each month. Tuition is calculated as a single comprehensive fee for the entire season and is divided into 8 equal monthly installments for your convenience. Please note that these installments do not reflect the number of classes held in any individual month. Tuition is calculated with holidays and breaks in mind!
-
We offer a 10% discount for each additional sibling enrolled. The student in the highest-level class is designated as the primary student, with the discount applied to all subsequent siblings.
-
To help you manage your payments, we offer two payment methods:
ACH (Direct Bank Transfer): No service charges apply. We highly recommend this option to save on processing fees.
Credit Card Payments: Transactions made via credit card will incur a processing service charge at the time of payment.

Standard Class Withdrawal
If a student wishes to withdraw from a standard class, written notice must be submitted to our office by the 20th of the previous month (e.g., to withdraw for November, notice must be received by October 20th).
If notice is received after the 20th, you will be billed and responsible for the following month's installment.
Mainstage Productions Withdrawal
Because of casting commitments, production planning, and show licensing, we have a strict withdrawal cutoff for our performance tracks. No withdrawals are permitted for Mainstage Productions after January 1st. After this date, families are committed to the remaining tuition installments for the production cycle.
-
For all performers participating in Mainstage Productions, a $50 Materials and Production Fee will be charged to your account on April 1st.
This fee directly covers the essential costs of student scripts, set design and construction, props, and venue rental charges.

We understand that schedule conflicts and illnesses happen! If a student misses a scheduled class, they are eligible for a make-up option:
Students may attend an alternative, age-appropriate class or camp either free of charge or at a designated discount, subject to availability.
Please contact the front desk to arrange and schedule all make-up sessions in advance.
-
We understand that plans change! Because staffing, space rental, and materials (including T-shirts and supplies) are secured well in advance based on enrollment, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
30+ Days Before Camp Starts: Full 100% refund.
14 to 29 Days Before Camp Starts: 90% refund (10% covers non-refundable supply, shirt, and administrative costs).
Less Than 14 Days Before Camp Starts: 50% refund (or 100% credit toward a future session).
7 Days or Less / Week Of Camp: No refunds or credits once camp week begins or within 7 days of the start date.
Medical / Emergency Exception: If a student cannot attend due to a documented medical emergency, please reach out to us directly so we can work with you.
